Our Start
Blue Forge Digital began as a joint venture. From day one, James McGreggor and Dr. Natalie Morse set out to pair empathy with innovation—helping organizations make smarter, more human-centered choices about technology and the services they provide.

The spark started with James. After decades in enterprise IT and software consulting, he saw that lasting success comes from investing in people and the systems that shape their work. Ready to help businesses grow in an AI-forward, increasingly complex world, he began shaping what would become Blue Forge Digital.
At the same time, James reconnected with Natalie, a former BMW colleague: a seasoned data science and environmental expert, trained researcher, and proven entrepreneur. While leading a PhD admissions consulting practice, she was seeking a partnership that would let her apply her technical capabilities at greater scale. A casual conversation became a meeting of minds.

James brings over 25 years of experience in technology, operations, and product strategy and design — grounded in a deep belief in people and innovation, James is passionate about building innovative new products and digital experiences.
His career spans executive leadership roles in engineering, client experience, and operations, building high-performing teams and delivering digital solutions across QSR, telecom, logistics, and health services. He also held management and engineering roles in global automotive and national finance corporations. A U.S. Air Force veteran, James blends discipline and adaptability with a self-taught, always-learning mindset that keeps him at the forefront of emerging technology.

Dr. Natalie Morse

Natalie's professional career spans over 15 years of science and engineering. She is a data scientist, researcher, and strategist who is driven by using data and emerging technology to unlock human potential and new business opportunities.
Natalie began her career in biosystems and environmental engineering, using research and data science techniques to understand key factors impacting our environment. Later earned her PhD from Cornell University, and redirected her data science skills to lead high-impact initiatives, at companies like BMW and Torquata, where she built advanced analytics solutions and machine learning models that delivered real-world results across automotive, logistics, and marketing ecosystems.
