Data Driven Solutions
For a Variety of Business Needs
Wellington Capital Reserve
Digital Transformation & AI Readiness
WCR needed a faster, more consistent sales motion across advisors, operations, and leadership without adding more complexity to the CRM. We ran a Lean style gap analysis of their end-to-end value stream, documented current workflows (e.g., SIPOC, process map), and surveyed team members to pinpoint friction in response times, handoffs, and follow-up execution. From there, we redesigned the funnel and pipelines (top-of-funnel, core pipeline, and client success), trained the team on funnel mechanics and task alignment, and simplified the process (from 13 steps to 6) adding clearer structure for ownership and handoffs before and after.

Dimensional AI™
AI Integrated Product Design & Development
Dimensional AI was created to solve a common problem in AI “maturity” frameworks: they’re either bloated and generic, or built for big enterprise—making them unrealistic for SMBs. Even worse, most treat higher maturity levels as the goal instead of what actually matters: measurable business improvement. We developed Dimensional AI as a new way to assess, plan, and continually measure an organization’s AI transformation with a practical, outcomes-first approach. Powered by AI it adapts over time to changes inside the business and to external signals that shape priorities. It also includes agentic support (Tess AI™) so that no business leader is ever going at it alone.

Business Development Process Optimization
Following a successful CRM migration, we’ve continued supporting WCR’s broader digital transformation by designing an automation layer across its core business tools (e.g., HighLevel, Google, Slack) creating a more connected day-to-day operating system. These workflows reduce manual handoffs, improve follow-up discipline, and surface the right alerts at the right time as work moves through the Wellington Way. In parallel, we’ve been strengthening WCR’s data readiness by improving structure, consistency, and capture practices so future AI capabilities can be integrated responsibly and deliver reliable value.

SCMEP
AI Playbook for Manufacturing
SCMEP, a private, non-profit group and affiliate of NIST, needed a practical, manufacturing-first guide to help South Carolina organizations adopt AI without hype, wasted pilots, or risky shortcuts. We authored the SCMEP AI Playbook as a structured, executive-friendly and shop-floor-aware resource that explains what AI is, where it fits, and how to move from idea to pilot to sustained rollout. The work includes Lean-aligned planning, human-centered design guidance, use-case framing, solution selection considerations, governance and sustainability practices, and a curated partner ecosystem of SC resources. The result is a repeatable roadmap for manufacturers to accelerate real AI adoption.

CRM Migration & Data Optimization
WCR needed to modernize client operations by migrating to a more scalable CRM while protecting data accuracy, history, and client privacy. We led the end-to-end CRM and data transition to GoHighLevel, including export, cleanup, field normalization, and traceable record mapping to preserve legacy relationships. We also rebuilt pipelines, roles, and permissions, and migrated shared client files into a structured Google Workspace environment—creating a cleaner system that supports future growth and better information protection.

Human Digital Registry
Product Management, Data Strategy & Design
HDR needed to turn a high-stakes concept—protecting and managing Name, Image, Likeness, and Voice (NILV) assets—into a secure, scalable digital asset bank. We defined the MVP feature set and operating model, data architecture, and provided marketing stratgy support. In parallel, we mapped an AWS-based technical architecture for privacy, retention, and monitoring, and built a roadmap for analytics, governance, and future AI-enabled services. We’ve since moved into execution and are co-authoring the solution with a third-party build partner.

Upstate SC, CFA Restaurant
AI Supported Lean Process Improvement
Known for its dedication to quality and customer care, this local QSR is always looking to improve. Considering a new approach, we blended Lean methods—especially Kaizen—with Agile principles to drive new improvements. Starting with Gemba observation, baseline/benchmark data (e.g., CEM scores, key Slack channel updates) and external signals, we identified improvement opportunities, prioritized by impact and effort, and implemented fast, low-friction changes across customer experience and financial stewardship. Where it made sense, we leveraged AI to simulate and accelerate quality-inspection and insight discovery—supporting smarter decisions without overengineering the solution.

SUNLOT
Venture Acceleration & Technical Architecture
SUNLOT's founder had a clear vision for a premium fashion ecosystem but needed a concrete plan to earn investor confidence. Functioning as a venture accelerator, we shaped the product strategy and business model around the micro-creator economy and affiliate integration platforms. We defined the MVP, drafted a scalable product roadmap, and quantified investor-critical metrics (TAM/SAM/SOM, CAC, LTV, TCO). In addition we designed a mobile-first, cloud-agnostic architecture, verified 3rd party integrations, and ran high-level financial and valuation scenarios to create a silicon-valley ready investor proposal deck. We continue to serve as technical counsel for investor relations and diligence.
